Our warranty applies to fresh applications performed by Sophie’s Nails. Services performed over or filled on top of product applied by another salon are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Our warranty covers issues related to the original product or application.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, picking, biting, or damage caused after leaving the salon is not covered.
Warranty service is provided as a complimentary repair or replacement of the affected nail(s) and does not constitute a refund of the original service
The warranty does not include changes to the agreed-upon color, finish, shape, length, or nail design. Any requested modifications outside of the original service will be charged accordingly.
