If you experience any of the following issues within 4 days after your appointment, our nail repair policy ensures that we will be happy to repair or replace the affected nail(s) under Sophie’s Nails warranty:
Lifting or separation
Chipping
Pop-offs
Splitting
Cracking
Please email or text a photo of the damaged nail(s) to support@sophiesnails.com or (954) 355-9943.
Our Sophie’s Nails warranty applies exclusively to fresh applications performed by our skilled technicians. Services provided over or filled on top of products applied by another salon are not eligible for warranty coverage under our nail repair policy.
This warranty covers issues related to the original product or application we performed.
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, picking, biting, or any damage incurred after leaving the salon is not covered under our warranty.
Warranty service includes a complimentary repair or replacement of the affected nail(s) and does not constitute a refund for the original service.
Additionally, our warranty does not cover changes to the agreed-upon color, finish, shape, length, or nail design. Any requested modifications that fall outside of the original service will be charged accordingly.
